About Di Kivi

Di Kivi is the original Budget Bride. She was born in England, where she spent many years attending wildly expensive weddings, until she met her husband, Arno, in 1994. They were married in 1995, in a glorious wedding beside a lake, which cost them less than $500!. Di now spends her time writing, advising budget brides on-line, and coordinating budget weddings as a volunteer from her home in New York.
