She has her master's certificate in integral theory, is a certified holistic health coach, and is a fifteen-year corporate America veteran. Her debut memoir, The Best Worst Thing, was about her journey to a new life after the unexpected death of her husband from a heart attack at the age of thirty when their daughter was just an infant.
