About Debi Shawcross

Debi received her BS degree from Arizona State University and attended the California Culinary Academy, completing a series of classes on wedding cakes. This led to the opening of her own wedding cake business Silver Spoon Desserts, which was very successful in the San Francisco Bay area. Debi's company, Signature Menus, teaches people how to cook and plan menus and entertaining. This is her second book.
