Charlie has been a pastor for almost 30 years. He's been working with Eric part-time since 2004. Eric likes to refer to Charlie (tongue-in-cheek) as the "Corporate Pastor." In 2011, he started working full-time as the office manager and is now the Assistant to the President. His primary responsibilities other than general executive administration include the initiation, development, and maintenance of a Human Resources department for the company.
