His educational background also includes a C.M.T. certification from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, with credits in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, and hydrotherapy. He specializes in cross-training individuals (mostly between the ages of thirty and seventy) who wish to increase their strength, endurance, muscle definition, flexibility, and lose weight. He works with younger athletes who need specific programs designed to enhance their ability to compete.
