George Jehn

George Jehn is a college graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree. He flew as a pilot for Eastern Airlines for approximately eighteen years, from 1970 until 1988 on the Boeing 727, Douglas DC-9 and Airbus A-300 jets. He left Eastern to work for another large airline in 1988. During his time at Eastern, he spent six years as an elected pilot Representative from Eastern's New York pilot base and was simultaneously a six-year Member of the Board of Directors of the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA)
