Pizza

Originating most likely in Naples as a simple flatbread, what we think of as ‘pizza’ is only one member of a family of traditional Italian bread-based foods that serve as a meal in one.

As you’ll discover, these flat breads range from conventional Neapolitan versions to calzone and other variations – few Italian dishes are as familiar as pizza, or as irresistible.
