TGIT

Thank Goodness It's T-Ball Day

You have to learn how to hit, run, and throw before you can play a real game. TGIT is the third book in an ongoing series that teaches children sports skills using real coaching techniques. Join The Hometown All Star’s team as they learn how to pitch and throw to targets and have some team fun while they're at it! The kids are even introduced to a legend of the game, Cy Young. Games, exercises, and great lessons abound as Coach Kevin concludes practice with three key messages: HONOR the game, RESPECT each other, and be part of your COMMUNITY.  Fun and educational for ages 3-7.

Kevin Christofora

Written for children ages four to six, The Hometown All Stars is a “bedtime story” to get kids interested in the national pastime again. His goal in writing this book was to get kids out of the house and onto the field – “ less screen, more green.” He believes in the valuable lessons that children learn from playing the game: teamwork, discipline, strategy, and thinking before they act.
