Mailbox Muffins is the first book of its kind; a compilation of recipes put together by the homeless of the Oregon Place Apartments. Their compelling stories will make you realize how fortunate you are-and how close we all are to becoming homeless ourselves.

Homeless of Oregon Place Apartments This book is written by the homeless that live at the Oregon Place Apartments in Biloxi. After Katrina hit they were mostly left on the streets to survive alone. They have all contributed their recipes to the book and all proceeds go to the Oregon Place Apartments.
