About Sue Smyth

Sue Smyth started her artistic journey at a young age drawing and sculpting, and continued later at Art College, with formal training in Visual Communications and Design. Stopping work to raise children, her next journey into paper craft begun.

Sue has been teaching in colleges and local specialized stores for well over 15 years – initially in card making and later in scrapbooking. Her projects have been published many times and Sue has been on many designs teams, including Imaginarium and Meg’s Garden.

As an established teacher, Sue continues to run Master classes for major stores, wholesalers, and other teachers in the paper craft industry, as well as teaching at the major Scrapbook and Papercraft Expos for leading companies.

Her style is a busy feast for the eyes, with lots of embellishment and texture, with a shabby chic look, and mixed media vibe.
