About James Hawreluk

James “Jay” Hawreluk has a BBA in Business Management from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Detroit. From his involvement in a youth organization, to his first full time position at a bank, as a business owner and involved in sales and consulting, people have always fascinated him. Over the years, Jay has tried to figure people out and address the issue of why they do the things they do. This culminated when he become a Predictive Index® Consultant in late 2000 and for over 10 years worked with all size organizations to provide recruiting, hiring, management, team building and strategic planning expertise. The PI® is a drive-based instrument that reveals how people are best motivated, communicate, work and make decisions.
